Vanilla Muffin the easiest and tastiest and 100% work recipe
I have been craving to eat muffin all day. So i googled up and improvise the easiest way to make one plus it tasty too and my sisters love it! As you know, the principle to bake muffin is preparing dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix the wet one into dry ingredients.
I can assure you if you follow my steps accordingly, it will work!
Here is the recipe, method and tips also:
Wet Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup/125mL vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup/300mL fresh milk
1 stp vanilla essence
Dry Ingredients
2 cup/250g wheat flour
3 stp baking powder
200g sugar
salt
1. Mix the wet ingredients using whisk
2. Mix the dry ingredients using spatula
3. Pour the wet one into dry ingredients
4. Mix accordingly then left it for 5 minutes
5. Pour into cupcake cups. You can get almost 10-13 muffins
6. Put some choc chips or almond for decoration
7. Bake in 190 degree celcius for 20 minutes
Tips!
-Don't over whisk or over mix your ingredients.
-Heat your oven in advance for 20 minutes before putting the muffins
-Make sure all the bowls, spatula and instruments use are dry and clean first. Not even a drop of water!
-Pour the mix into cupcake cup by 3/4
-Use cupcake tray to prevent the muffin from falling over and to heat it evenly
-The best muffin is the one moist at the top and bounce back.
